    §1.General Provisions

    1. The data administrator is the Football Success Sports Club Academy with its seat in Kraków, ul. Złocieniowa 38B / 3 30-798 NIP: 679 317 13 88 REGON: 380627285. Data protection is carried out following the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

    2. For the interpretation of terms, a glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).

    3. For better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term „User” has been replaced with the terms „You”, „Administrator” – „We”. The term „GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.

    4. We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security visible to unauthorized persons.

    5. Your data will be kept for a period of time to provide the service and contact unless you object to the processing of your data.

You have the right to complain to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (text the consolidated Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repeal Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal 119, page 1).

    9. The data provided by you will not be subject to automated decision-making.

    §2. Data Administrator

    1. Football Success Sports Club Academy is the administrator of the data of persons who completed the registration form for joining the Academy. This means that if you have completed the application form for Football Success Academy on our website, we process your data such as name, surname, year of birth, e-mail address and telephone number.

    2. Personal data is processed:
    a.in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
    b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and correctly implement the Services provided electronically, d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

    3. Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to rectify, delete or limit the processing of their data, the right to object, and the right to complain to the supervisory body.

    5. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent to pursue possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.

    6. The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (eg law enforcement authorities).

    7. Removal of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

    8. The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under the applicable law.

    9. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.

    §3. Additional information

    The website operator takes the protection of personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data as confidential and in accordance with the legal provisions on data protection and this privacy policy.

    The use of our website is possible without providing personal data. We do not collect personal information on our site (for example, name, address or e-mail addresses), unless you contact us via e-mail or fill out a form. The duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of use of elements of a copyrighted website require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this website are for private, non-commercial use only. Insofar as the content on this website was not created by the operator/administrator (ie Posts / Information), they are subject to the copyrights of third parties.
